The beautiful Heart Tie Coverlet was designed with an opening at the back to allow your appliance pouch to fit through.

To wear the product, follow these simple instructions:

For those wearing a two piece pouching system with a floating flange or flange at least 1/4" in depth:

1. Begin by emptying your pouch.
2. Next, roll up the pouch and tuck it into the back of the Heart Tie Cover opening. Work the flange gently into the opening, guiding the back of the Heart Tie around the flange.
3. Pull the drawstring closure and securely tie the ribbon.

It takes no more than a minute to slip into your Heart Tie once you get the hang of it.

For those wearing a one piece pouching system:

1. Begin by emptying your pouch.
2. Remove 3 strips of the Hollywood tape and using a scissors cut them in half (you should now have 6 smaller strips).
3. Attach the strips around the opening of the My Heart Tie Ostomy Pouch cover.
4. Roll up your pouch and tuck it into the opening at the back of the Heart Tie.
5. Press the Heart Gently but firmly against your skin and hold for a number of seconds to allow for a secure bond.

After wearing your Heart Tie, remove it and store it with your other fine lingerie.
